  • Own and evolve the end-to-end marketing tech ecosystem for scalability and alignment
  • Architect and maintain integrations and data pipelines across Marketo, Salesforce, and warehouse layers
  • Apply AI across marketing ops with OpenAI and Claude for smarter segmentation and automation
  • Design and optimize lead lifecycle routing, scoring, enrichment, segmentation, and orchestration
  • Build attribution, experimentation, and reporting frameworks across the funnel
  • Establish data governance and observability to improve reliability and stakeholder trust

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing tech/ops in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM platforms, esp. Marketo and Salesforce
  • Configure, troubleshoot, document, and optimize complex integrations and data flows
  • Hands-on with Looker, Hex, Fivetran, Census
  • Strong lead management, attribution, tracking design, and data hygiene knowledge
  • API integrations, tagging strategies, and data validation workflows
  • Strong problem-solving; balance strategic and tactical execution
  • Clear communicator who translates tech concepts into business impact
