  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom test implementation
  • Knowledge of data layers and tracking pixels (Adobe Analytics, GA4)
  • Data-driven mindset; interpret statistical significance and test results
  • AI tooling proficiency to optimize day-to-day workflows
