- Build, QA, and launch Marketo programs across email, nurture, evergreen, webinars, and live/virtual events
- Manage program and campaign statuses, progression flows, and member data for accurate tracking
- Maintain and optimize audience segments and smart lists for targeted, relevant communications
- Develop and manage audience builds for campaigns, ensuring proper inclusion/exclusion logic and consent
- Support email deliverability best practices including list hygiene, suppression management, and sender reputation monitoring
- Monitor program performance and proactively flag issues with targeting, deliverability, or data quality
π― Requirements
- 2+ years in Marketing Operations or a similar role
- Proficiency in Marketo including program building, tokens, segmentation
- Salesforce CRM knowledge including campaigns, leads, and campaign member statuses
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices including deliverability, CAN-SPAM, GDPR
- Experience building and managing audience segments and smart lists
- UTM tracking, forms strategy, and landing page operations
