πŸ“‹ Description

  • Build, QA, and launch Marketo programs across email, nurture, evergreen, webinars, and live/virtual events
  • Manage program and campaign statuses, progression flows, and member data for accurate tracking
  • Maintain and optimize audience segments and smart lists for targeted, relevant communications
  • Develop and manage audience builds for campaigns, ensuring proper inclusion/exclusion logic and consent
  • Support email deliverability best practices including list hygiene, suppression management, and sender reputation monitoring
  • Monitor program performance and proactively flag issues with targeting, deliverability, or data quality

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Marketing Operations or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Marketo including program building, tokens, segmentation
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge including campaigns, leads, and campaign member statuses
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices including deliverability, CAN-SPAM, GDPR
  • Experience building and managing audience segments and smart lists
  • UTM tracking, forms strategy, and landing page operations
