📋 Description

  • Administer, optimize, and scale Marketo and Salesforce integration.
  • Ensure end-to-end data accuracy and system reliability across martech.
  • Configure, test, and deploy new marketing automations and workflows.
  • Build, QA, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, nurture, forms, landing pages, events).
  • Own program timelines and cross-functional coordination to launch campaigns on schedule.
  • Continuously improve campaign workflows through automation and standardization.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in marketing operations or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce in production.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
