🎯 Requirements

2-3 years in QA for cross-channel marketing communications
1–2 years managing CRM automation in high-volume B2C/e-commerce
Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS; able to write and edit code
Experience building automation with CRM/ESP platforms (Braze, Iterable)
Experience analyzing business requirements for QA tooling
Proactive, builder mindset; capable of execution in sprints
