  • Own HubSpot end-to-end: configurations, automations, workflows, routing.
  • Build and optimize RevOps; partner with Marketing, FP&A, and Commercial Ops.
  • Shape ICP tiering, account segmentation, and territory logic for GTM.
  • Run outbound tools (Lemlist) and AI driven GTM workflows.
  • Build dashboards and reports to drive decisions and forecasting.
  • Maintain data quality across the stack: deduplication, enrichment, CRM data.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in Marketing Ops, RevOps, or Sales Ops
  • Hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce configuration; built systems
  • Strong data skills: Excel or Sheets; SQL a bonus
  • Familiar with PLG motions; bridge PLG and sales-led
  • Experience with outbound tools and AI-driven GTM workflows
  • Self-starter who can own goals and navigate the organization
