π― Requirements
- 2-4 years in Marketing Ops, RevOps, or Sales Ops
- Hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce configuration; built systems
- Strong data skills: Excel or Sheets; SQL a bonus
- Familiar with PLG motions; bridge PLG and sales-led
- Experience with outbound tools and AI-driven GTM workflows
- Self-starter who can own goals and navigate the organization
