  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Info Systems, Eng, or related field; or equivalent exp.
  • 4+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, Growth Ops in B2B tech.
  • Strong HubSpot ownership; CRM integrations with Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
  • Power BI data modeling and dashboards; basic DAX.
  • Claude AI workflows and AI-enabled processes.
  • SEO/GA4 and GDPR compliance in EU context. English fluent; German a plus.
