๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own end-to-end Marketo campaigns, including emails, nurtures, triggers, QA.
  • Ensure templates, tokens, and best practices for scale and deliverability.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps to run experiments and multi-touch programs.
  • Design and optimize marketing-to-sales handoff: lead scoring, lifecycle, SLAs.
  • Monitor funnel health and identify leakage points for improvements.
  • Own data quality in the marketing automation platform.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8-10 years in Marketing Ops or RevOps in B2B.
  • Deep Marketo and Salesforce expertise (certs a plus).
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate).
  • Strong knowledge of Webflow, Clay, Clearbit, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Proven ownership of marketing-to-sales handoff, lead management, lifecycle ops.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
