๐ฏ Requirements
- 8-10 years in Marketing Ops or RevOps in B2B.
- Deep Marketo and Salesforce expertise (certs a plus).
- Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate).
- Strong knowledge of Webflow, Clay, Clearbit, Outreach, and Gong.
- Proven ownership of marketing-to-sales handoff, lead management, lifecycle ops.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
