Own architecture, integration, and optimization of email automation tool (Iterable)
Identify and implement automation opportunities to scale
Partner with Data and Product for data accuracy, audience integrity, and event tracking
Document workflows, naming conventions, data hygiene, and reporting
Monitor channel performance and deliverability; adjust strategies as needed
Execute lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push using Iterable

🎯 Requirements

5+ years work experience with 3+ years in marketing operations
At least one year experience at a startup
Advanced expertise in Iterable or similar tool; build complex journeys
Ability to create data-driven audience segments to optimize engagement
Strong data analysis and optimization capabilities
Self-directed, highly organized, and able to prioritize
