- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, segmentation, and lead management.
- Ability to design scalable processes and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project management with multiple priorities and timelines.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, lead routing, enrichment, and MarTech.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
