  • Lead end-to-end campaign operations and execution processes.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Lifecycle, SDR, Sales, RevOps, and Data to streamline campaigns.
  • Design and scale cross-functional processes; drive change and align GTM teams.
  • Lead management and funnel operations: scoring, routing, enrichment, lifecycle tracking.
  • Monitor KPIs such as campaign throughput, SLA adherence, and data integrity.
  • Ensure data governance and GDPR/CCPA compliance across systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Marketing/campaign operations or GTM roles.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, segmentation, and lead management.
  • Ability to design scalable processes and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong project management with multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, lead routing, enrichment, and MarTech.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
