🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing Ops/RevOps in B2B SaaS
  • Admin-level HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise; end-to-end campaigns
  • Collaborative & Cross-Functional
  • UTMs, attribution models, and funnel metrics knowledge
  • Operationalize and analyze multi-channel campaigns; SQL is a plus
  • Attention to detail with a process-first mindset
  • Curious, collaborative, and motivated to drive ROI
  • Familiar with orchestration platforms like LeanData or Qualified
