- Collaborative & Cross-Functional
- UTMs, attribution models, and funnel metrics knowledge
- Operationalize and analyze multi-channel campaigns; SQL is a plus
- Attention to detail with a process-first mindset
- Curious, collaborative, and motivated to drive ROI
- Familiar with orchestration platforms like LeanData or Qualified
