  • Own, administer, and optimize Marketo as the primary marketing automation platform
  • Establish standards for programs, channels, and naming in Marketo and HubSpot
  • Own and optimize Marketo integrations with SFDC, Google Ads, paid social, Zapier, and more
  • Ensure integrations are configured, monitored, and optimized for SEM and paid media
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows (webhooks, Zaps, smart campaigns)
  • Build lead scoring models and enrichment (industry, firmographic data)

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in Marketing Operations/RevOps at a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep hands-on Marketo admin/owner experience (program design, lifecycle, scoring, integrations)
  • Experience migrating Marketo to HubSpot (MAP migration) incl. field mapping and rebuilds
  • SEM/Google Ads strategy and execution, including account structure and optimization
  • SFDC campaign and lead management
  • Zapier or similar iPaaS for building and debugging automations
