- Advanced HubSpot experience (workflows, reporting, automation).
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot + Salesforce).
- Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management and routing logic.
- Experience managing marketing tech integrations end-to-end.
- Highly analytical and systems-oriented mindset.
