  • Own and scale the marketing tech stack end-to-end (HubSpot, n8n, Chili Piper).
  • Build and maintain automated lead routing, triage, and attribution.
  • Design scalable campaign tracking and multi-touch attribution systems.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Ops and Sales on CRM structure and reporting.
  • Leverage AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Clay, n8n) to boost efficiency.
  • Monitor attribution, funnel performance, and deliver leadership dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7 years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Advanced HubSpot experience (workflows, reporting, automation).
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot + Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management and routing logic.
  • Experience managing marketing tech integrations end-to-end.
  • Highly analytical and systems-oriented mindset.
