- Manage lead flow from capture through MQL, SQL, and SAL stages
- Execute and optimize lead routing, assignment rules, and handoffs to SDRs
- Support and improve lead scoring models based on behavior and firmographics

- Ensure proper lifecycle stage progression and tracking across systems
- Partner with content and paid teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required) and Salesforce (preferred)
- Experience building landing pages, emails, workflows, and forms
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle stages and funnel metrics
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- High attention to detail with strong QA discipline
