  • Manage lead flow from capture through MQL, SQL, and SAL stages
  • Execute and optimize lead routing, assignment rules, and handoffs to SDRs
  • Support and improve lead scoring models based on behavior and firmographics
  • Manage list uploads, segmentation, and enrichment processes
  • Ensure proper lifecycle stage progression and tracking across systems
  • Partner with content and paid teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required) and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Experience building landing pages, emails, workflows, and forms
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle stages and funnel metrics
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • High attention to detail with strong QA discipline
