  • Define who we target, when we engage, and how leads move through Marketing β†’ SDR β†’ Sales.
  • Design lifecycle, routing, and scoring for MQLs, PQLs, ICP.
  • Own how we engage prospects and customers: timing across lifecycle stages and segments.
  • Turn signals into GTM actions: translate signals into outbound, nurture, and handoffs.
  • Drive funnel performance and insights: identify gaps, improve conversion, and ROI visibility.
  • Make GTM workflows automated and AI-driven: scalable automation for campaigns, events, lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, or Revenue Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience building and scaling marketing ops systems at a fast-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Player-coach builder who designs and implements lifecycle systems, routing, and automation.
  • Experience operating at scale in a growing GTM org.
  • Strong technical skills in automation, workflows, and CRM/lifecycle integrations.
  • PLG or hybrid PLG/SLG experience preferred.
