π― Requirements
- 7β10+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, or Revenue Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience building and scaling marketing ops systems at a fast-growth B2B SaaS.
- Player-coach builder who designs and implements lifecycle systems, routing, and automation.
- Experience operating at scale in a growing GTM org.
- Strong technical skills in automation, workflows, and CRM/lifecycle integrations.
- PLG or hybrid PLG/SLG experience preferred.
