- Act as the primary marketing ops partner to Inbound Sales, ensuring high-quality handoffs.

- Strong CRM concepts knowledge (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities) and data flows.
- Experience with funnel and handoff metrics to drive operational improvements.
- Curious about AI/automation with experience testing improvements.
- Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable with fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
