  • Act as the primary marketing ops partner to Inbound Sales, ensuring high-quality handoffs.
  • Own day-to-day configuration and optimization of the marketing automation platform.
  • Build and maintain workflows, lifecycle automation, and event-based logic for inbound and product-led growth.
  • Own lead and PQL scoring models and routing logic to deliver to sales teams fast and accurately.
  • Partner with Demand Gen and Web teams to capture top-of-funnel signals (web, product, form, behavioral).
  • Monitor inbound funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve volume quality, speed, and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in marketing operations or GTM operations in a B2B setting.
  • Hands-on management of marketing automation platforms: workflows, lifecycle stages, scoring, routing.
  • Strong CRM concepts knowledge (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities) and data flows.
  • Experience with funnel and handoff metrics to drive operational improvements.
  • Curious about AI/automation with experience testing improvements.
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable with fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
