  • Strong knowledge of CRM concepts and data flows across GTM systems.
  • Comfortable with funnel and handoff metrics to drive improvements.
  • Curious and practical about AI and automation for speed and scale.
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and able to own outcomes end-to-end.
