  • Define and execute marketing strategy for Premium+ subscriptions across app and web properties.
  • Own app marketing initiatives beyond subscriptions, including engagement programs.
  • Own subscription and upgrade experiences in partnership with Product.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Revenue to align roadmap and offers.
  • Drive conversion optimization across in-app, web, and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Design and run lifecycle programs (in-app messaging, push, email) to move users from free to paid.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7 years in growth, product, lifecycle marketing or consumer subscriptions.
  • Experience optimizing marketing strategy for mature products in high-scale environments.
  • Experience driving app/web conversion via testing, optimization, and lifecycle programs.
  • Strong understanding of subscription business models, pricing, retention, and churn dynamics.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills.
