🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, grocery, or on-demand.
  • Proven track record managing high-value external partnerships or JBPs with retailers.
  • Experience executing 360 campaigns across CRM, social, in-app, and performance marketing.
  • Experience aligning marketing goals with revenue targets and trade cycles alongside commercial teams.
  • Exceptional communication; able to pitch marketing innovations to leadership and partners.
  • Natural team player with ownership across partners and projects.
