Marketing Manager (Canada)

📋 Description

• Own Canada user and merchant acquisition goals; set targets.
• Drive active user growth via lifecycle marketing and re-engagement.
• Develop revenue-focused campaigns to boost transactions and GMV.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, targeting, and personalization.
• Collaborate with partnerships, sales, merchant success, and product.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience with proven growth results.
• Bachelor’s degree; 3.5 GPA minimum.
• Strong analytics with Redash, Tableau, Looker.
• Own KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversions) with a data-driven approach.
• Experience with Braze, Active Campaign, or Stripo.
• English speaking with French fluency preferred.
