🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably within student housing
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and scheduling tools
  • Working knowledge of ILS platforms such as Apartments.com and CollegeStudentApartments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to properties during peak leasing periods
  • Team-oriented, proactive, hands-on approach
