π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably within student housing
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and scheduling tools
- Working knowledge of ILS platforms such as Apartments.com and CollegeStudentApartments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to properties during peak leasing periods
- Team-oriented, proactive, hands-on approach
