• Develop strong written content for ads, emails, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Build a library of creative concepts for buyer persona messaging.
• Improve mid-funnel conversions with messaging and tactics to boost engagement.

• You have strong startup experience in a fast-moving, resourceful environment.
• You are a heavy user of AI tools and can apply them to grow, automate, and scale marketing.
• Experience scaling a marketing channel from zero to significant reach, beyond paid.
• You love brainstorming new concepts, ad creatives, campaign ideas, and messaging.
• You have experience acquiring small businesses and prosumer customers.
• You understand how to assess campaign impact and estimate the effort needed to generate results.
