• Drive marketing execution—own initiatives and ensure on-time deliverables
• Build sales enablement content for the team
• Coordinate across internal and external resources to keep moving
• Build and own internal marketing processes and templates
• Grow into a people manager as the team scales
• Grow into a strategic voice for messaging and market presence

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of marketing experience across brand, demand gen, content, events, enablement
• Proven ability to manage projects, vendors, or agency relationships and finish on time
• Strong background in sales enablement and content creation
• Experience operating in lean/startup environments wearing multiple hats
• Excellent communicator, written, verbal, and cross-functional
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity
