  • Proven track record building programs that generate pipeline and influence progress.
  • Experience owning or shaping marketing strategy for UK, Ireland, or mature B2B markets.
  • Strong commercial judgment; able to turn priorities into regional focus and actions.
  • Highly collaborative with exceptional sales partnership skills.
  • Experience developing account-based or high-touch marketing programs.
