- Support event logistics, reservations, and supplies
- Create event invitations and assets with Marketo, Canva, and printers
- Manage promo items, shipments, and inventory
- Post-event tasks: receipts, budgets, attendee lists, and photos
- Learn Salesforce and Marketo; provide admin support as needed
🎯 Requirements
- Marketing, Business or related degree/experience preferred
- Ability to work after hours on occasion
- Ability to lift boxes
- Less than 10% travel
- Motivated to learn with direction or independently
- Confident, curious and fun by nature
