Marketing Intern

📋 Description

• Support development and execution of two new Oscar brands; own key marketing initiatives
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Create and refine sales materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies)
• Assist with CRM strategies and email automation workflows
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay on trends
• Collaborate with design, product, sales, and ops for cohesive branding

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets
• Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Project management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM platforms, email marketing tools, CMS) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
