  • Assist in the execution of demand generation campaigns with email, webinars, and events.
  • Coordinate campaign launches with timelines, assets and stakeholders; manage calendars.
  • Support admin tasks: PO creation, tracking deliverables, and invoice submission.
  • Assist with lead capture, scoring, and uploading to CRM; maintain tracking in marketing tools.
  • Perform basic list building, segmentation, and database hygiene tasks.
  • Collaborate with Demand Marketing, Sales and Operations; support asset localization.

🎯 Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 0–5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations (internships included).
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail; organized; comfortable with data and spreadsheets; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Interest in B2B, SaaS, or technology marketing is a plus.
