- Own planning and execution of 75+ events annually (tradeshows, conferences, activations)
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align event strategy with business goals
- Manage the full event lifecycle: planning, budgeting, logistics, staffing, and reports
- Track ROI via lead generation, engagement, and attendee feedback to optimize future events
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts for cost savings and efficiency
- Provide on-site support for key events and troubleshoot in real time
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, experiential marketing, or project management
- Ability to work from an Axon hub office Tuesday–Friday
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, quick-thinking problem solver with urgency and work ethic
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment; multitask and reprioritize projects
- Excellent organization and communication skills; ability to drive outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and/or project management tools a plus
