📋 Description

  • Frame marketing problems as scoped modeling tasks and own end-to-end.
  • Develop attribution models to allocate marketing investment across channels.
  • Build propensity, lead scoring, and churn models to prioritize GTM focus.
  • Model product engagement signals vs downstream outcomes (expansion, retention, conversion).
  • Design, execute, and interpret experiments (A/B, MVT, geo) with power analysis.
  • Build segmentation and cohort analyses to reveal patterns and funnel opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field; Master’s/PhD a bonus.
  • 4–6 years applying data science in product/growth/marketing at a high-growth company.
  • Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels) and SQL.
  • Experience building predictive models driving business decisions.
  • Hands-on marketing measurement: attribution, MMM, incrementality testing.
  • Solid statistical foundation: forecasting, regression, causal inference, design.
