📋 Description

  • Create and manage digital/print marketing materials (email via Constant Contact, flyers, branding)
  • Process and update internal listings, obtaining financial/property data for marketing
  • Respond to inquiries and schedule general or property showings
  • Manage listing inquiries; distribute Offering Memorandums; provide info to buyers
  • Maintain client database and electronic documents
  • Create, post, and manage property listings on LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi
  • Manage internal system for disseminating new listing information
  • Website design, creation, and ongoing maintenance
  • Handle calls and calendars, including confidential matters
  • Assist in creating property evaluations and managing properties under contract

🎯 Requirements

  • Marketing, Graphic Design or Business degree preferred
  • Experience in Real Estate desirable
  • History of executive support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Service-oriented with professional demeanor
  • Proactive, self-directed and creative thinker
  • Versatile and flexible with last-minute changes
  • On-time, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Experience planning and executing multiple tasks/projects
  • Proofreading skills for spelling/grammar
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
