🎯 Requirements
- Marketing, Graphic Design or Business degree preferred
- Experience in Real Estate desirable
- History of executive support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
- Service-oriented with professional demeanor
- Proactive, self-directed and creative thinker
- Versatile and flexible with last-minute changes
- On-time, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Experience planning and executing multiple tasks/projects
- Proofreading skills for spelling/grammar
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
