- Proven experience creating and optimizing email nurture campaigns (Marketo strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and a testing-first mindset.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
