🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Marketing Ops/Revenue Ops within a high-growth SaaS org
  • Strong experience supporting marketing campaigns, demand gen, and pipeline development
  • Advanced expertise with Salesforce CRM, reporting, and process optimization
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements, automation, and GTM adoption
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
