  • Own day-to-day Marketo administration and production as internal SME
  • Build and optimize nurture programs, batch emails, and segmentation logic
  • Manage campaigns: emails, landing pages, forms, tokens, and A/B tests
  • Ensure data hygiene, deliverability, and GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Maintain performance dashboards with BI to measure program impact
  • Lead webinar production using Zoom Events and integrated data flows

  • 3โ€“5 years in marketing operations or marketing automation in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep Marketo expertise: programs, lists, lead scoring, tokens, API, reporting
  • Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge: campaigns, leads, and reporting
  • Experience with Zoom Events or a comparable virtual events platform
  • Familiarity with Salesloft or a comparable sales engagement tool
  • Understanding of B2B lead lifecycle, funnel management, and demand gen
