  • AI-forward analytics: uses AI/LLM tools to speed analysis and detect anomalies.
  • Marketing dashboards & reporting for funnel metrics, CAC, MQL/SAL/SQL, and campaigns.
  • Design and refine multi-touch attribution models to guide budgets and campaigns.
  • Own attribution logic across Hockeystack, Salesforce, marketing automation, BI; fix tracking.
  • Forecasting & planning: build models for pipeline planning, retention, and brand impact.
  • Insight synthesis: connect channels and funnel stages to tell a performance story.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing analytics, BI, or GTM analytics.
  • SQL, spreadsheet modeling, and BI tools (Domo, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and paid/organic channels.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and campaign tracking (UTMs, GA).
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and translating insights.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for roadmap and ad hoc work.
