🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in agency traffic, PM, or marketing ops with portfolio ownership.
  • 2+ years people management leading senior ICs.
  • Hands-on AI-powered workflows and automation for scheduling, intake, reporting.
  • Strong command of Asana, Jira, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability to communicate with executives and PE stakeholders using data-driven insights.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
