- Salesforce Admin Certification (required) or deep data understanding
- Proven experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI models across systems
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and pipeline performance
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience connecting and modeling data across multiple apps for reporting
