📋 Description

• Real-time surveillance to detect market abuse and ensure fair price discovery.
• Lead investigations into market manipulation and manage caseloads.
• Oversee settlements, margins and position risk to protect clearing stability.
• Manage Eventus Validus and Scilla for monitoring and auditing workflows.
• Tune alerts and logic to reduce false positives while capturing risks.
• Support regulatory reporting to CFTC and NFA and respond to audit requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Market knowledge across asset classes, including digital assets.
• 3–7 years in a CFTC-regulated environment.
• Hands-on Eventus Validus experience for surveillance.
• Familiarity with Scilla and data-heavy workflows.
• AI expertise; SQL and data visualization a plus.
• Knowledge of CEA and CFTC principles; Series 3 preferred.
