• Research global/regional data center markets (power, land, zoning, permits, infrastructure)
• Use DataCenterHawk, CoStar, GIS, and utility datasets to validate market data
• Support metro strategy via supply/demand analysis and market comparisons
• Identify emerging markets and capacity constraints across regions
• Research land opportunities: ownership, zoning, proximity to infrastructure
• Monitor competitor activity and data center development trends

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in market research, real estate analysis, infrastructure, or data center roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Geography, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency with DataCenterHawk, GIS platforms, or CoStar
• Analytical skills to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple research requests in fast-paced environments
