- Strong communicator handling complex issues in high-pressure environments
- Experience with FIX and SBE Protocols
- Data analytics: write basic SQL, Groovy or Python queries
- Knowledge of US equity markets, market structure, and clearing
- Willing to obtain licenses per Compliance
