- Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews to develop enduring partnerships and timely host support.
- Implement strategies to manage thousands of hotels in the region, including long-tail optimization.
- Educate clients on product updates and cascade feedback to product/public policy teams.
- Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and efficiently allocate resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product, communications, public policy, legal, tax and support.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 6+ years in new sales, account management, and partner support.
- 2+ years travel industry experience is a plus.
- English and Arabic required; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven track record of nurturing and converting opportunities in a book of business.
- Proficient in Salesforce and CRM; data-driven decision making.
- Based in Dubai; willing to travel to the assigned territory (every 4โ6 weeks).
