  • Build, manage and expand partner relationships in UAE to surpass quarterly hotel targets.
  • Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews to develop enduring partnerships and timely host support.
  • Implement strategies to manage thousands of hotels in the region, including long-tail optimization.
  • Educate clients on product updates and cascade feedback to product/public policy teams.
  • Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and efficiently allocate resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product, communications, public policy, legal, tax and support.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years in new sales, account management, and partner support.
  • 2+ years travel industry experience is a plus.
  • English and Arabic required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven track record of nurturing and converting opportunities in a book of business.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and CRM; data-driven decision making.
  • Based in Dubai; willing to travel to the assigned territory (every 4โ€“6 weeks).
