π― Requirements
- 5+ years in automotive lending, F&I, indirect auto, or dealership partnerships
- 2+ years leading or developing a field sales team
- Proven track record expanding territories and dealer production
- Strong dealership relationships and local market credibility
- Hands-on leader who coaches in the field
- CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
- Able to analyze volume trends and identify opportunities
- Willing to travel; six-day work week and in-person visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Spanish and/or Portuguese bilingual a plus
