🎯 Requirements

  • Strong dealership relationships and local credibility.
  • Hands-on leadership; coach in the field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Analyze volume trends and identify opportunities.
  • Comfortable with six-day work week and frequent in-person visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
