๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead outreach, planning, and execution of in-person Workday Enablement Meetings to equip Workday sellers.
  • Develop Workday-sourced pipeline via direct outreach and 1:many marketing events.
  • Act as the Workday subject matter expert supporting RSMs and Presales in co-sell.
  • Maintain an accurate weekly forecast with opportunity notes and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, Services, and Product to align programs to Workday priorities.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as roadmap development and ecosystem expansion.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, presales, partner/alliances, or business development.
  • 3+ years with ecosystem partners; Workday experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline via partner-led or co-sell motions.
  • Strong enablement skills: delivering partner-driven marketing programs.
  • Excellent relationships with partner sellers/executives; capable presenter.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
