- Strong time management and prioritization for multiple accounts.
- Proven experience managing a book of business and driving growth.
- Goal-driven with a strong bias for action and persistence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, email, in-person).
- Proficiency in CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
