  • Respond to host inquiries with timely, high-quality support.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive bookings and host success.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in new sales, account management, or partner support.
  • 2+ years hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
  • Strong time management and prioritization; manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, email, in-person).
  • Fluency in English and French.
