- Secure availability on high compression dates to maximize host revenue.
- Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes; channel feedback to internal teams.
- Respond to host inquiries with timely, high-quality support.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive bookings and host success.
π― Requirements
- 3+ years in new sales, account management, or partner support.
- 2+ years hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
- Strong time management and prioritization; manage multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, email, in-person).
- Fluency in English and French.
