- 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
- 2+ years in hospitality/travel (nice to have).
- Strong time management and prioritization; multi-account handling.
- Proven experience managing a book of business and driving growth.
- Highly goal-driven with bias for action.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; via phone, email, and in-person.
- CRM tools proficiency; Salesforce experience a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish mandatory; Portuguese nice to have.
