We are looking for aSolutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of people, product, and mission. This is a remote role that requires an East Coast residency. If you are someone who lights up in front of a room, can tailor a demo on the fly, and enjoys translating real-world challenges into technical solutions, you will feel right at home here.
In this role, you will be a core member of the Sales team, partnering with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Tech Services to drive successful outcomes for prospective and existing customers. You will help public safety agencies understand not just what Mark43 does, but how it can transform their operations.
