  • JD in good standing; licensed to practice in at least one state.
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and contract management; SaaS/B2B experience.
  • Experience with government procurement, channel partnerships, vendor agreements.
  • Data privacy, IP, and compliance knowledge; cross-functional guidance.
  • Excellent communication; thrives in a fast-paced remote-friendly environment.
