- Lead IOP test planning, execution, and TEC II reporting.
- Oversee the TEC II task order and contract team management.
- Design IOP test plans; include requirements analysis, data management, and evaluation plans.
- Review SUT requirements docs ICDs, CDDs, CPDs, ISPs, TEMPs, CONOPs for early inclusion.
- Ensure IOP test requirements, scenarios, and scripts cover Key Performance Parameters.
- Develop and maintain data collection and data management processes.
🎯 Requirements
- Active Secret clearance on hire; ability to obtain TS SCI; TS SCI desired.
- At least 1 certification in area of specialization.
- Doctorate with 4+ yrs, or Masters 10+ yrs, or Bachelors 16 yrs in a relevant field.
- Experience with DoD development/operational testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document issues clearly.
- Contractor site with 0-10% travel.
