🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, Aerospace or related field
- At least 1 year of vessel layout, design, construction or related marine work
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals and first principles
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience performing FEA or other analytical methods
- Ability to travel for extended periods (shipyards, offshore environments)
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Must pass US government background check for on-site work
